Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped to 48 lower states. We DO NOT ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii.
We DO NOT ship to PO Box. We also DO NOT ship international orders at the moment. Our shipping times are different based on specific items that you order.

We offer free shipping services worldwide.

For standard shipping times, we take up to 15 to 20 days for delivery which can be sooner or longer depending on the several situations and the carrier’s own processing. In case of late deliveries, please contact the shipping carrier directly as we cannot provide assistance with late deliveries.

Handling & Processing

Usually, we take 1 to 3 business days to process your order. Most orders are shipped next day, but please keep in mind that it can take up to 7 business days in some cases. In case of multiple items in a single order, handling time can be increased due to extra packaging.

Return Policy

Return the new, unopened items to us within 30 calendar days of delivery.

For any product valued over $75 you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping if the item was correct but you changed your mind after receiving order.Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and a store credit issued cannot be exchanged or refunded.
All shipping charges and government taxes are non-refundable.
Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at info@makpersona.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.

Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).

  • We only provide store credit for items purchased with a discount or discount code of 25% or more, from our full retail price.
  • Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your return at our return address (listed above).
  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund or store credit. Any returns not made within this window will be rejected.

Q: How long is your order processing time? A: Our order processing time is 5 to 7 Business days.

Q: How long will my order take to deliver? A: We use a combination of logistics for delivery, with your local post office handling the final delivery. Please allow 10-15 business days for your order to arrive. Items with longer delivery times will display the estimated time of arrival (ETA) on the product description. You can track your order 24-48 hours after it has been shipped.

Q: Where do you ship to? A: We ship to the 48 lower states of the United States. We DO NOT ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. We DO NOT ship international orders.

Q: What will be the Shipping cost? A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer economy standard shipping to all orders in the US and Canada.

Q: What Shipping Carriers do you use? A: For domestically shipped orders, we use UPS, FedEx, and USPS for delivery. If your address can only be delivered by FedEx or UPS, please inform us after placing your order, as most of our orders are delivered via USPS.

Q: I threw out my original package, can I still return my order? A: All products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging to be accepted for returns.

Q: What if my order arrived damaged? A: In the unlikely event that your parcel arrived damaged, please contact us immediately with pictures. If the damage occurred during transit, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. Keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. Please note, we cannot honor damage claims without proper documentation of the damages and identification of the package.

Q: Can I cancel my order? A: You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Alternatively, you can contact us for assistance. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Q: Do your lamps need assembly? A: Mostly, no. Our lamps come ready to use with minimal assembly required.

Q: Do you need an electrician to hardwire a light fixture? A: We recommend all electrical work be performed by a certified electrician. For any installation not performed properly, all warranties are waived.
